Our clients Rick and Suzanne purchased a rundown home in Sunrise, Florida and contacted us to help them transition from a dismantled house into something more suitable for him and his wife. They had a strict budget of about $10,000 to spend on this project, and they wanted us to handle the shopping and installation of everything. Our renovation package was less than what a traditional interior designer would charge.
Upon completion, they happily moved in and hosted a house warming party at the end of that week.
It was a few years before our client Mary Lee chose us from several other companies to help her renovate her bathroom in Boca Raton, Florida. This was a special remodel for us. One of dear friends needed her mom’s kitchen remodeled and of course she contracted us to do the work. Good choice!
Her kitchen was small, lacking enough light, and needed more storage. Her mom was quite a pastry chef and made the best apple pies in town. So we gave her the dream kitchen that met her needs in and out of the oven.
The design involved an open kitchen flowing into the living and dining room, much needed space with pull out pantries and cupboards, storage baskets, additional lighting and an island.
I know it’s hard to believe, but this lovely bathroom was an internal garage. Now it’s a large, sleek, modern, sweet bath that flows into the master bedroom of Michele Snow in Weston, Florida.
This design features clean lines from the tiles to the shower door, honey wood floors, and nice long freestyle tub with modern accessories.
